WOG

One Public Service Award

This award recognises agencies for exemplary inter-agency initiatives that have reflected a sustained and institutionalised approach to collaboration. The initiatives may be exemplary Whole-of-Government (WOG) efforts in: (i) service delivery, (ii) citizen engagement, (iii) regulatory review, (iv) digitalisation that achieve a transformative (not incremental) change in how things are done; or (v) innovation at the WOG level.

Star Partner Award

This award recognises exemplary citizens, non-government organisations (NGOs), trade unions, volunteer groups or companies that have contributed to better outcomes for the Public Service, in terms of demonstrating a strong spirit of partnership with the nominating public agency, or as strong advocates for national initiatives

Agency

Transformative Agency of the Year Award

This is an “all-rounder” apex award at the agency level. This award recognises exemplary agencies that have successfully transformed both their operations and workforce with ambition, and “to the core”, with impactful outcomes.

Business Transformation Award

This award recognises exemplary agencies that have transformed their services, operations, functions, or policies to be more citizen-centric, responsive and/or resource effective.

Workforce Transformation Award

This award recognises exemplary agencies that have built new and/or stronger workforce capabilities to deliver on their policy/programme work plans and underpin the transformation of their operating models.

Service Delivery Excellence Award

This award recognises exemplary agency-level initiatives that have demonstrated citizen-centricity, service innovativeness and a total organisational approach to service delivery, leading to improved service outcomes.

Citizen Engagement Excellence Award

This award recognises exemplary agency-level initiatives which have involved going the extra mile to understand and engage our citizens/businesses and/or enhance the level of partnership between agencies and external parties (citizens, NGOs or businesses).

Regulatory Excellence Award

This award recognises exemplary initiatives that have made reforms that reduce regulatory burden and cost, create value for the Public Service, and are future-ready.

Agility Award

This award recognises outstanding efforts in planning, mobilising and implementing new policies and programmes in a timely manner to respond to challenges and needs in a fast-changing operating landscape.

Individual

Exemplary Leader Award

This award recognises exemplary Senior Directors, Directors and Middle Managers who have led and grown their teams to transform and deliver excellent service, as well as driven innovation and change within their teams.

Exemplary SkillsFuture @ Public Service Award

This award recognises exemplary officers who have embodied the spirit of continuous learning and skills upgrading of self and others.

Exemplary Innovator Award

This award recognises exemplary officers or teams who have injected innovation in their work, made a real difference to their stakeholders and advocated the spirit of innovation in their teams and agencies.

Dare to Do Award

This award recognises the spirit of risk-taking and perseverance in the public sector. It recognises officers or teams that were able to identify new opportunities to do things better, had the courage to attempt new ways of doing things and had the perseverance to try and try again even when they faced with difficulties.

Exemplary Service Excellence Award

This award recognises exemplary officers who have consistently demonstrated high standards of service excellence.
